He earned an economics degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and followed his grandmother and father in running the family real estate Company. He named it the Trump Organization, and ran it from 1971 until his 2017 inauguration.
Trump´s real estate career focused on building or renovating skyscrapers, hotels, casinos, and golf courses.
He produced and hosted TV business show Apprentice. According to Forbs he was the 544th richest person in the world with an estimate net worth $3.5 billion. He became the oldest and welthiest person to assue the presidency, the first without prior militiary or government service. His projects list includes The Grand Hyatt Hotel in 1978 ($70 million), The Trump Tower in 1983 that houses his penthhouse apartmnets and The Trump Organization´s headquters.
Trump took over the Project in reconstructing the Central Park rink in 1980, completed it in three months for $1.95 million. He operated rink for a year with most profits going to charity and public work projects.
List of his projects completes with Plaza Hotel in Manhattan, Columbus Circle, Trump International Hotel and Tower.

The Riverside South that is called The Trump Place in 1997 where they sold their interest in 2005 for $1.8 billion was then the biggest residential sale in the history of New York City.
From 1994 to 2002 Trump ownes a 50% share of the Empire State Building. In 2001 Trump completed The Trump World Tower that was right across the United Nations´s headquarters. For a while, the structure was the tallest all-residential tower in the world.
And continues to own millions of square feet of other prime Manhattan real estate.
Also buiding The Taj Majal Casino for $1.1 billion made it the most expensive casino ever.
His presidential compaign includes international relations such as considering Ierusalem as a capital of Israel, building Mexico-United States border Wall, Russian, Chinese and EU relations.
